The game has two different modes; one is a 3D lightcycle race and another is a shooting game where you use a Recognizer, and blast away everything in your sights. The game has 24 separate events that alternate between light cycle races and shoot outs in the Recognizer. Your positioning in each event earns you points which are needed to move through one event to another. It also features an online multiplayer mode which lets you enjoy lightcycle races and ranks you according to your scores and achievements. It is compatible with Phone, iPod touch, and iPad. The Pros

The first great thing about this game is , it lets you have fun with the legendary lightcycles on your iOS device. The lightcycle races are in 3D and the others are 2D grid based rectangles. The lightcycle race is a arcade racer which hard to find in the App Store. Along the way you will find power-ups. There are 16 different race tracks which includes TRON city, ISO city , the outer highways and the stadium. Not only you’ll like the speed of your lightcycles you can also use the trails from your lightcycle to eliminate your enemy. That makes this game more interesting .

The Cons

The storyline is somewhat slow moving with a few time trial races.There are races in which you’ll face only one opponent which makes the game quite boring.

The Verdict

Apart from the storyline issue there’s nothing wrong with this game. The visuals are amazing in your iPhone (Ofcourse it looks much better if you have a device with Retina Display). With all these features and 3D lightcycles it comes with a cost of $0.99 only. Which is, according to me quite economical too. I say go to the APP STORE and get it in your iOS enabled devices. IT’S TIME TO GET INTO THE GRID!!!!
